Event Creation

  • You will be assigned a dedicated Q4 Virtual Shareholder Meeting (VSM) Event Manager who will guide you through the VSM process alongside your Broadridge team.
  • Q4 will create your pre meeting and VSM event microsite.
  • The event page will include the required proxy features.
  • All events and pre meeting pages are branded to match your visual identity and show your corporate personality.

Kick Off Call

  • Your Q4 VSM Event Manager will walk you through the processes, discuss best practices and answer all your questions.

Meeting Preparation

  • Ahead of the meeting, Q4 will provide training on the administrative console.
  • Q4 will also review the attendee interface.
  • The Q4 VSM Event Manager will assign a Q4 VSM Event Producer to assist with the live meeting production.
  • If your product tier includes a host (silver, gold, platinum), the Q4 VSM Event Manager will allocate a Q4 VSM Event Host at this time to facilitate live the meeting (introduction, Q&A, closing).

  • The Q4 VSM Event Manager will be available before the live meeting for final checks.
  • The Q4 VSM Event Producer will monitor the live meeting, assist with voting and troubleshoot should any issues arise.
